William F. Allen brings extensive experience in real estate development, construction management and business development to his role as Binswanger Brooker (Thailand) (BBT) Senior Vice President of Corporate Services.

In addition to 20-plus years of experience in the real estate and construction industries, William has spent over nine years in business management and development in Thailand.

William holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Management as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is a former officer in the United States Army Corp of Engineers, retiring at the rank of Captain.
